Do we know how many cars in total will be at Hullavington?
Look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.
Oh, and by the way, the guy on Fake It was a complete and utter TO$$ER!

Sounds good to me. We've got to be there for 8.30am, so what time at Reading?
Also anyone got any advice on what to take? I'm losing my track-day cherry so any advice is greatly appreciated. For starters I'm topping up my oil tonight and checking the tyre pressures. Anything else?
Can't wait,
Rob

Nice to know I won't be the only newbie, Rob.
Don't forget to take any crap out of the car that might have accumulated in the boot. You don't want CDs and coke cans flying around the cockpit while you're going sideways around a corner
EDIT: I've just found MarkB's very helpful post with advice of this kind in relation to the Academy Day here

As for the track day itself, I'm sure that the instructors will tell you, but the final lap, apart from being a slow down lap is also a COOL DOWN lap to cool your BRAKES and ENGINES.
When stopped in the pits, DO NOT engage your handbrake. This will distort your discs. Just leave the car in gear.
Don't forget your helmets.
See you tomorrow
