Default H&S Exhaust + Decat Video

People always seem to like hearing a different exhaust, so here's a quick clip of my Hayward & Scott exhaust + decat.

The road is a 40 limit and I'm not antisocial, so it's a gentle acceleration to about 35mph - enough to give an idea though. Maybe next time I'll post a vid of it on full chat..!

vid quality is pretty rubbish as it was taken on an iPad!

that sounds pretty good. Makes me wonder what mine would sound like with a decat but I can't be arsed with the faffing before each MOT. Need to find me a decat friendly MOT tester.

The other option is to get a high flow CAT pipe. They sometimes pop up on here or eBay and I'm told are the best of both Worlds. Help to reduce drone, and good enough to pass an MoT.

I have one and my car passed it's MoT at Honda earlier this month. Although I can not comment about drone as I do not have an aftermarket system on the car atm.

Yes, I have been considering the 200 cell HFCs by Berk Tech. Going to look into it after this house move when the wallet has recovered

That'll be my move at some point.

For now, I'll live with the faff

Exhaust does sound good. I would like to hear a video at full chat both onboard and as a drive by if that's possible. Also if you don't mind me asking how much did you have to pay for the system?

Hi Jamie,

I'm sure I can get vids sooner or later

I bought the exhaust second hand but I believe it was £6-700.

It's a *bit* lighter than standard, but not as much as I'd have hoped.
