I'd already spotted that one thanks. Looks nice but my Exige was black and I fancy a change. Moonrock is definately my favourite colour, closely followed by Silver.
My present one is moonrock, just like the one you've looked at.

on the indemnity front i would go with HPI as the autocheck insurance is not worth the paper its not written on

i'm surprised a dealer paid £8 a check, going rate is much lower

Well in your budget and 6 months old.

Just rang this dealer to arrange a viewing tomorrow to be told the car was sold last week

The search continues.....

Thanks Gaspode. They are asking £19,995, which is a bit too much for me. I think I could just about stretch to £19K with what I sold my Exige for. It is a VERY nice car though, Moonrock (which is my colour of choice), with black interior (with a little bit of red stitching in the leather which we really liked).

Dave.
If they are asking £19,995 offer £18,000 If you haggle you'l get it for £19,000 easy peasy and that will be on the road do not settle for any thing less

Thanks for the advice. Have already told the salesman that if they are able to match the one that's been sold (even though theirs has done more miles), I'm interested, otherwise don't bother. On that basis I would probably go to £18.5K on the road (with 12 months tax), but not £19K.

I'll wait and see what happens now (probably nothing as the salesman was adamant that they could only move in the region of 300 to 400 quid). Anyway, I've got cash on the hip, so I reckon I'm in the driving seat.
