Default How to Remove Exterior Waist Trim

What's the method of removing the waist trim finisher, ( the one that runs between the side glass/hood to body), without bending it out of shape ?

Sorry I can't remember how they come off , sure there are a couple of screws under very small rubber bungs, then Grit your teeth , but I might be wrong !

I seem to remember they landed up very slightly curved and I sort of slightly over straightened them for refitting and they were then nice and snug
