How rattly is your clutch ?
As per thread title
A fair bit of noise on mine at 8k miles
It all goes quiet with the clutch depressed
I'm aware it's a "characteristic" of the car as my previous S was noisy too
Sounds like a bag of bolts at idle though

Mine had a new one fitted under warranty (along with a clutch and the sleeve the throw our bearing sits on)and it's still a little noisy but not that bad. The biggest noise I get is from the bearing on the end of the realease fork that connects to the throw out bearing. Honda removed my gearbox twice and replaced my engine and only now do I realise it was the bearing on the end of the fork that was causing some of the noise I was getting, can't be arsed to have it removed again so I'll leave it for now

P800bry, I'm a little confused here, your post suggests that there are two bearings attached to the clutch release fork, from what I remember there is only one that sits in a carrier clipped into the fork and this acts on the fingers of the pressure plate when you depress the clutch pedal. could the bearing carrier be worn or the clutch lever be rattling on the pivot point.?

There's the clutch release bearing (or throwout bearing if you prefer) also the clutch pivot fork has a roller type bearing on the end of it, this bearing is what connects to the side of the the release/throwout bearing. This video will show what I mean

I'm sure there must be some kinda grease you could put on the roller bearing to quieten it a bit? we used a very thick clingy grease on the winder ropes that stuck to everything like superglue, a little of something like that would probably do.
