Hi I'm a new s2 owner and wondering how much it costs to fill the tank and how many miles people get to a full tank of juice?

If as many people answer as possible

Thanks!

Before anyone else says it... There is a FAQ and a search function. It is very effective!

I get about 280 miles and it costs roughly £45 for V power.

Been asked lots of times. So there are about 50 odd replies just there.

Drive it like Miss Daisy... and you could get 300 miles.
220 - 240 miles is common

150 miles - you can get on a track day

£40 is a normal fill up for me for 97 /98 Ron.

But - you don't drive an S for those MPG figures do you?

Problem is that the S fuel gauge is bloody useless. ( again well discussed )

You have 4 bars left, no 2, 1, none, 3, 4... oh wait 2 bars, no it is none.

When you get to 220 miles - it's a good time to fill up.

I would guess you get about 250 before you succumb to filling up.

Each S2000 will vary with different peoples driving styles. There is no definate answer when it comes to MPG.

What car did you have before peters2000? Without wanting to sound disrespectful did you honestly think coming onto a sportscar forum and asking questions about fuel economy would yield useful answers?!

Mines a daily driver, mostly motorway miles. Works out as approx 256miles per tank. £41 ish to fill the tank with regular unleaded.

Weekend VTEC different story...
