I've nearly done 8K on mine (still my first set).

Fronts seem to be lasting forever. Rears are looking worn at about 8k on them.
I've been taking it easier though since having new rears put on. Currently running S02's on front and Conti's on the back
What can I say, I was desperate for tires after having pcked up a slow puncture and the only ones I could get that would fit inside of 2 weeks were conti's and I could feel the back end trying to twitch all over the place as they began to let air out on the 10 mile trip to work and back

Well, I must driving like a complete nancy, then.
My first set of rears are getting replaced next week @ 17,000. They are nearly down to the indicators and, yes, they are S02's. The fronts still have another few K on them.
I thought the road surface up here would have caused them to fade away more quickly, but it looks like the fact that I can't drive maybe as aggressively as others is the main reason why these haev lasted so long.

I reckon I've had about 8.5K from the rears and maybe double from the fronts. Ran two sets of SO2's down until slick, had SO2's front SO3's rear for a while, now on F1GSD-3's.
It all depends on how you use the throttle and how entertaining you find roundabouts!
At least it saves the brake pads, 40,000 miles on them and plenty left.
