Basically all breathing mods that are not extremely expensive show little or no gain but do make the car noisier.
Final drive will make car nippier buy not to 60 as you have an extra gear change.
Supercharger or turbo is the only way for any significant gains unless you are a real NA tuning expert.

Get a blonde lady to sit in the passenger seat, with you, then when you rip around a corner and roll it, the car will right itself and she will shake her hand at you pointing a finger using only 2 stages of animation.
