Gumpyhead!
A nice set of pinstripes and painting your car Nurby blue will make it go faster, and perhaps some flame decals.
Like Nick says, if you want to do something like that you're driving the wrong car

Sanity aside, weight is the enemy. Get rid of everything you don't need: spare wheel, toolkit, passenger seat, bonnet, boot, doors, glass, fans, aircon, electric window motors, central locking motors. You don't need brakes for 0-60, so remove all that. Without brakes you can fit smaller lighter wheels.
Come to think of it, you don't need 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th gears or reverse either, so open the gearbox and remove all those.
Then you can start drilling holes in the chassis. No point having a rigid car if you're just doing 0-60 in a straight line. There's probably bits of the suspension you can do without too, like the anti roll bars.
You'd be left with a pile of crap, but it should be faster 0-60.

If he wanted a different car he would have gone out and got it. His question is, 'How do I make my S2k faster', not what car can I get that is faster than an S2K.' Lets try to be subjective and help this guy out here..
Alternatively, you can wait for the new NSX in 2009 if you want to stay on the Honda camp
