Not quite topped 5th out yet

the Testarossa would do:-

1st - 55
2nd - 90
3rd - 130

never redlined in 4th

Lloyd, I think your 3rd gear pic could be wrong! You can't get more than about 95 in 3rd.

Given that V-tec comes in around 60 in 3rd, that is about 10 MPH per 1000rpm.

I used to get 63 mph in second (flashing red)
& 93 mph in 3rd (again flashing red).

116 is 4th IIRC

and my old vectra used to do 110 in 3rd

With the CAI fitted, redline comes a bit easier in 4th & 5th.

One does tend to run out of road otherwise, or get plod probs as Mooms suggests.
