Going a bit OT here, but Ship... I've got a few pairs of Oakleys and a couple of them have got scratched on the lens. Oakley have said it will cost me to have the lenses replaced. Plus AFAIK the frames are only guaranteed for a year. Is this right?
Also, I've got a pair of square wires with a clear prescription lens in. Around 15 months old and the lenses are scratched to hell. Very very poor. Oakley have said that they can replace them but it will cost me

Thanks for that Edd.
On Monday I sent Oakley a pair of Dartboards that I dropped in France and scratched the lens ( a month old), and a pair of Romeos where the frame has worked loose (just over two months old).
I suspect I will have to pay for the Dartboards.
I've also got a pair of Juliets, over two years old, that have a chip in one lens. Don't know weather to bother sending them off or not. It'll still cost.
I've never thought about extended warranty. Thanks, I will when the Romeos come round for sure.
