Hondata Flash pro

Turns out the ECU section of their website is far from definitive! They say it wont work as its none DBW but the part number for the ECU says its compatible with Flash Pro. They are going to update their website to clear up the issue.
Ah well that puts that on the back burner, cant justify £800+ for a few HP.

Thought I saw a Js racing ecu FS the other day?
A lot of websites assume 06 is a DBW, which in most cases it is, but odd ones like yours and mine are an 06 but an 05 MY

Just an update on this, if you want a spoon ecu i have been in touch with spoon europe and they tell me that to fit a spoon ECU i would have to pay £800 for the privilege and on top of that they would have to send the ECU to spoon in Japan where they will chip it. If things went quickly then i would lose the use of my car for 3 weeks. Seems abit long winded!
AEM EMS is the way forward but im not investing that sort of money at the moment, will put it on the back burner for now.

Its a shame your car is a none DBW because I have a flaspro that will be for sale when I get my Motec and also I have a brand new never fitted AEM V2 for a DBW car.

As MB has stated there is a J's Racing ecu for sale at the moment for non dbw cars in the for sale section. Also check out EFI Parts as they supply ECU's, can't remember the make but Stevesc2 was running one on his non dbw car with no issues & spoke very highly of it. Cheaper than AEM too or get a Greddy e-manage from the US 2nd hand & get AJ to map it for you.
