Hondata Flash pro
Ive decided to sell my TTS Rotrex Supercharger kit,The thing is my car is a DBW and the guy who wants it is a MY 2000,My question is could you use the flashpro in piggy back fashion on the earlier car?

I know this is an old post but im quite confused at the moment regarding ECU options i have a 2006 S2000 non DBW, non VSA. It must of been one of the last of the cars before the changes. Its classed in the higher tax bracket aswell.
My options are
-AEM (expensive great bit of kit but abit OTT for NA)
-Spoon ECU ( was great on my integra but not enough info on what mods it was designed for regarding the S2000 plus £800 and not remappable )
-Flash Pro? (Great price and a decent function list)
To me the Flashpro seems the most sensible choice and also very affordable but what i cant get my head around is that i thought flash pro only works with DBW cars. My car isn't DBW and when i input the ECU serial number into hondata's website is says it will work.
My ECU details are
37820-pcx-g03
Anyone heard of a non-DBW car running Flashpro?
cheers

To me it would seem weird that the ECU i have would work on none DBW and cars with DBW. It wouldnt make sense as their would be a whole load of wiring to control the throttle that would have to be integrated into the loom for the ECU
