I wouldn't buy a used car like an S2000 without a full Honda service history.

I would get the service done at Honda and get any additional work elsewhere.

i would agree with moff. Get the stamp in the book for the FHSH and do the brakes yourself or get a cheaper specialist to do it.

servicing at honda isn't expensive enough for a cheaper specialist to be a commonly recognised option a la porsche.

Resale will be difficult without FHSH but as long as you can take the hit on saleability / resale value then I don't see much point going to Honda.

are you sure they are quoting you the 36k miles service price and not the 36 months service price? an oil an filter service, which is what the 36k miles service is should be about

I remember being quoted for the supply & fitment of new rear discs and pads for the ATR, Honda price =
