The initial holes for oem rear are clearly marked.
Open the boot and look

Cover the are with masking tape, use a 2mm pilot drill, then 4mm then 6 (or 8mm whatever)

A doddle

Thanks for the guidance, and as simple as you make it sound this is just the type of job I can make appear massively difficult!

Fitting is going to cost me £70, but I'd rather pay to have it done to a standard that will most definitely exceed that which I am capable of.

Looks like I got mine on order just in time!

I finally got my lip and side spats today. Johnsons Honda (kindlington) got them for me and sprayed them berlina black. I payed £400 all in in the end.

Managed to get a front splitter for mine for 175 + the dreaded vat, getting it fitted on monday for another 80 But as I am so cack-handed with spanners/screwdrivers/sockets I thought it best to get someone who knows how to, rather than end up with it on upside down or worse, in the bin.
I'm not good at car DIY either but I fitted my front lip last night and it wasn't to hard!

Just the side spats to go now, Im considering getting a dealer to fit these as you have to drill the body work and I'm really not confident about that!

Yeah, thats why I am getting the dealer to do my boot spoiler. It is probably as easy as others have said assuming you a) have the right tools and b) have enough confidence in your own ability to get it right first time. I lack both a and b
