So what would the S lose out on if it was set up heavier at the rear? or is it not possible to make it any better?

It's an incorrect term.

Partly, it's people not understanding the RWS.

There is, however a damping issue with the standard set-up, which can make the rear wayward on bad surfaces.

Whether this is exacerbated by too much stiction on the bushes, or too much unsprung weight in the cast-iron suspension, is a moot point.

The NSX has ally suspension and has 300BHP, but it also has a mid-engine and traction control.
