Billy, I have the older HKS and TBH I have not had any issues with noise low down as some others have experienced it. Also after 8000 miles it is quieter than when new but that could be down to the fact that I have got used to it. At full chat however it is great. If you care to wait for 3 months then I will be seeing you in the May meet and you can sit in the car and have a listen.

so what is it like at low revs?

is it silent as the title suggests?

give us a review!
Well this is the 3rd after market exhaust system ive had but my 1st one on the S2000. Ive had a magnex on my Civic type R which was loudish but its wasnt a quality sound and was a bit dodgy to be honest.
Then my integra had a 4-2-1 spoon manifold with a decat pipe and a tanabe super racing mid pipe and back box, now this was a VERY loud set up, around 105db on a track day 4k static test this used to boom like mad around 3-4k so bad it sometimes gave me a headache, but on full chatt it sounded totally mad like a full on racing car, popping a cracking on the over run

So now to the Hi-power I can only compare it to the two ive had before as ive never heard any other S2000 systems. Overall its great, a little boom at low revs but nothing to worry about and a lovely little burble on tick over. I havent had it long enough to make any real judgement and only hit the Vtec twice

Ill do a proper wwrite up soon but soo far so good!

Just did 500 miles yesterday with the Spoon N1 (and no silencer). This set-up seems to interfere with car alarms in the office car park and is way too loud for daily running.

... but somehow I just haven't got around to putting the stock box back on
