Would be interesting to see someone chargecool the HKS kit as looking at it it wouldn't take much to do but the costs would be pretty big. I would imagine £1000 with a decent chargecooler and radiator set up
Yeah if you can keep the fluid cool. Not so good once heat soaked.

Also, the charge cooler needs to be big enough after the SC to cope with the boost levels.

I could do with an ice/dry ice box aswell

Honestly i feel at this point like he is not interested, and has pretty much said go away and buy a new radiator, but then everyone on here is saying the stock radiator is fine... So i just don't know, i feel like he wont give me the password if i ask, why would he password it if he would let someone else go into the map..

It's your car and ECU so tell him you want the password.

You can replace the radiator and like he said it may be that... But you want to be able to data log and use your ECU and he has locked you out of it!

I don't see why he wouldn't give you it.

Not being able to access the data logging means your buying half the product. Ask him for the password so that you can set up datalogging and if he asks why just say its so you can accurately see under what conditions it gets hot.

If you have any issue then remind him that it's your ECU.

Let us know how you get on

Some tuners class the map as their IPR.

Personality I don't lock them.

Thats ridiculous...
If my tuner password protects my ECU i would not stand for it, you are paying him to tune it so you are buying the map!

If he wont give it to you then I'd take it to claims court as you've paid for it, its your property not his.

got the mishimoto xline radiator on, the radiator fins where damaged in several places on both sides, which i was pretty annoyed about especially since it is brand new...

Anyway it has helped things with temps, but it is still rising higher than it should, i left the car idling in the garage with the bonnet up for a good 10minutes and the fans did not turn on once....? took it for a blast and the bars still went 2-3 higher than what they should be, pulled over and the fans were working.

one side

other side

i should of probably sent it back, but wanted to get the car sorted...

Have you looked at more obvious cooling issues like is your thermostat working correctly and are there any airlock a in the system?
