What's the discount is going to be like? If it's better than my staff discount than I'll get it from you.
I already got Bosch EV14 1000cc injectors and Wahlbro 255lph pump which I am guessing should be good with this kit.

I decided to get the HKS kit and thanks to Si for it arriving today.

Managed to get everything off of the car that needs to come off to fit the kit. I was dreading the crank pulley but preparation is the key! I got a copy of the Honda Crank pulley tool and locking this against the strut mount and using A 3/4 inch long breaker bar it came off with ease.

Kit looks very good so far with everything neatly sorted in boxes.

Tomorrow i will crack on with the supercharger cooler and intercooler and just carry on until its finished. I will probably keep the narrow restrictor for the time being and see how the clutch holds up. It also gives me chance to fit my high flow fuel pump and get some other jobs done.

For now here's a pic of the charger.

Oh and if anyone is ever after a replacement belt for the charger then this is the part number

Very well thought out kit with clear and concise instructions. Even to the point where it tells you how long to cut the hoses etc. Brackets all line up as they should and i have no doubt that with another couple of hours of work i will have the charger mounted and move onto all the intercooler pipework.

The job im dreading is the fuel pump... Hopefully it wont be as bad as ive read

Fuel pump is fine mate. Apart from getting a bit of petrol on you its not difficult. Most awkward part is getting the rear panel behind the seats out

The difference between 375-400hp is nothing in real world driving lol The extra 25hp can be achieved with a decent manifold/exhaust - smaller pulleys and some better injectors & maybe a more aggressive map - but it doesn't need it IMO, I had around the same power on my comptech charged one and it was plenty! You'll be better saving a bit of weight here and there if you haven't already done so!

Looking good so far Mark!

Headline power figures are irrelevant, setting your goals on a certain figure will be the biggest disappointment you will have. I would bet money that you could go out in two S2000s with 400bhp give or take 25bhp and you would hardly tell the difference.

However if you just want to be able to tell your mates you have a car with 400bhp that revs to 9k then ....

The people who are running this kit, does anybody's car actually still red line at 9k? All I've read so far is their mappers have reduced the red line to 8 something for safety/reliability reasons.
