What time are you going to croft yorkie? I live in Newcastle, might pop along to look at your car. I've always wanted to check this kit out!

Boys with the charger, or anyone in the know, what would you considered a good/safe minimum oil pressure reading on warm tick over? I have my low alarm set at 26 psi and it keeps momentarily blipping down to 23/24/25 which is causing the visual alarm to flash on occasion.
Having read a few US threads, where Honda state 36 psi and hot cars are anywhere in the 12-20psi region, I wonder if this lower alarm is way to high? Or if I should use 10w40 to help keep pressures up when hot...? (I appreciate HOT in the US is very different to HOT in the UK)

At 800rpm I used to get about 17-18psi with it at 1100rpm I get about 24psi. When I get to 3000rpm im usually at 85psi and this drops to about 80 during vtec at high rpms.
I don't set the alarm on my spa gauge as really you would want the alarm at 65 psi so that it warns you during full throttle and vtec that the pressure has dropped, problem with that is that it will always alarm during idle and low oil pressures. 26psi at 8000rpm isn't going to save the engine from destruction.

Out of interest the guys who have fitted this kit what restrictors did you chose?
I'm thinking of machining the 37mm restrictor to 44mm(fuel upgrade kit size) just because i don't need 380bhp. It would be interesting to hear what restrictors you've used and what output you've achieved.

Mine also still going strong. At Croft this Sunday.
I took standard donut off to fit oil cooler sandwich plate. Toyed with remote mount and may go this route at some point.
Your best upgrading clutch prior to fitting as just makes it more awkward to change later
