HKS Europe are watching/reading this as I type.
1st check the traction fluid level, there should be an adequate level and that the oil is pumping ok.
2nd please check the tension on the belt.

On your now video the coolant fans are also running which will make alot of extra noises in the engine bay. Does the HKS compressor oil use any sort of inline filter? If so might be worth checking it for anything suspicious.

At a guess looks like pulley or belt related, comparing the vids the second one looks like it's not spinning at speed compared to the first vid and the noise seems to be coming from that area when you pan the camera over it.

It does use a filter, but if I take it out I don't have a filter to replace it with or more oil.
I tightened the belt and the noise was still the same, the pitch changes with rpm.
The pulleys seem fine, no play in them. I'm fairly certain it's coming from the s/c, you can hear it resonating through the air filter.
Waiting to see what HKS Europe say tomorrow, Si is on the case.

Might be worth checking along all the mounts and bolts along the intake pipe and the bolts to the supercharger as any lose vibrations could travel through the pipe and resonate.
Si will sort you out
