Anyone near Gloucester have a kit that could take me out for a drive? I don't mind travelling an hour or so?

Mine is all fitted and running (although I've only driven it down the drive). It is being mapped properly on Sunday at EFI parts. The kit itself seemed very good quality and there were no fitment issues at all, one of the spacers for the plate was missing but I used some washers to give me the same thickness. The instructions are excellent, although there were parts that I felt were fitted in the wrong order. If anybody wants anymore info I'm happy to answer any questions that I can.

I need to get my act together and get booked in at Efi for mapping. Be interesting to see what power it makes. What injectors are you running ryan?

And I'm using 1000cc injectors. They are overkill but I got a cracking deal on them.

How are you guys finding the positioning of the intake pipe compare to the idler pulley? I'm not sure if there has been enough engine movement for the pulley to touch the intake pipe (my mounts are old and probably buggered).

I was looking at this with Si@Hendy yesterday and we though it might be due to the positioning of my aftermarket alarm. Checking the instructions again, the hose lengths and some other onine pics, it does look like the kit is designed so the pipe sits infront of the pulley. It would be logical for the pipe to be slightly left aligned so a) any engine movement did not come in contact with it (although it should also move as directly attached to the blower) and b) so the intake 'shroom was pushed further left into the wing.

This pic is at an angle so the pulley is not actually that close, but I wondered if you guys found the positioning similar?

I moved my alarm from the corner where the air filter sits so I could position it better. I will have a look tommorow but from memory didn't look like the pipe work was anywhere close to the pully
