My clutch may need replacing soon, and while I'm single, I'm sorely tempted to get this S/C, so I may get an uprated clutch fitted 'just in case'.
Act pressure plate, oem disc and and bearing. Feels like stock and holds no problem

Think CynicG will be the next one to be able to give some feedback with it fitted
Picking it up tomorrow. Obviously I've not fitted it but the feedback from the guys was that the kits was excellent, high quality and very easy/clear to install from the instructions.
Report... Have you got it back?

Not quite...

Collected this afternoon and first impressions is that the quality and fit is like OEM. I'm glad I got the manifold wrapped as the intake pipe sits very close. Perhaps stock with the heatsheild (and the small dent they suggest you put in it) would be sufficient. I had a quick ganders as to where I could run the 3" intake pipe I plan to feed up to the mushroom, but it's pretty limited. (I want to save the righthand side faux vent for the oil cooler later in the year).

Had an issue on the way home with lack of fuel. Totally my fault, as when I set off, the car showed half a tank. Along the A31 it lost power and wouldn't start despite the fuel showing 1/3 of a tank (dropped quickly as mine does).

A couple of journeys to BP later, I had 20 additional litres added and she started. I got the garage and she took another 20 litres to full. So in future I wont let it drop below 50% just in case. Interestingly, once full, it took a while for the reading to go all the all up to 100% so I'm watching that for a while.

Car drives brilliantly, like stock around town, and surprisingly fast when opened up. I couldnt really release it due to Friday rush hour traffic (only got to 7k I think) and the recent shower greasing up the road. I'm still using stock clutch until it dies and then will go CC Stage 2 also. But seemed to handle it all very well with no bother to speak of.

Pics/vid will follow tomorrow if it stops raining. Surprisingly, it made 380 at the fly. Loads more than I was expecting!

If you're fitting yourself, the feedback I got was that at some points it was like an explosion in a HKS factory, bits everywhere! But it all went together very neatly.
