Thanks for the reply Jonno,

Those figures are quite disappointing to be honest the rated output for that blower is 345hp-540hp. Out of interest what were your inlet temperatures? You can also reduce heat alot by fitting the bypass valve on the hot side of the supercharger. This means that when you are cruising you arent sticking warm air through the intercooler all the time. I have it before the intercooler and it means the intercooler is always nice and cool for when you want it to come on boost.

That contact would be useful if you dont mind sharing it. What else did you have to do to get the kit to fit? I looked at the drawings and it looked like it would need a 6mm spacer to get the charger to align in the same place as the 7040

Do you know what PSI you managed to get with the new blower? Also expected a lot higher numbers then 10%

Going by that you did not even break 400whp?

I think for the cost of the charger, pipework and intercooler i would be wanting to break 400whp, otherwise may as well go turbo or a different brand.

Had to put the spacer, refab the pipping to the charger. The spacing is tight for the pipping but according my mechanic not much work is required.

It’s going back on the dyno tomorrow with the smaller pulley and see if that helps with the power. Still on the stock kit intercooler.
