Too many variables really john. I measure mine at the AEM 3 bar map sensor and i think the highest i have seen with the smaller pulley is about 12.5 psi on the datalogs.

I wouldn't consider the GTS7040 GT2 much of an upgrade at all. Reliability upgrade yes, but performance is the exact same.
If I were to upgrade I would look at retro fitting the larger GTS8555 unit. Rated for 300-550 ps.

Hi there new guy here ! Pretty satisfied w my charger it pulled 283whp on the mustang dyno 91 gas , it's super fun to drive, only regret was it got tuned w stock exhaust system. Recently upgraded exhaust system and noticed a big difference

looking smart!
283whp is low compared to what we get over here, we see around 320-330whp on 97-99 fuel. This could be because of the fuel though but not sure how fuel grades translate in the states.

Greetings Everyone,
I have been eyeing out this super charger for years now and I think im at a point with the S2000 that I want to super charge it.
Had a laundry list of questions that I was hoping people would Chime in.
1. How much gains would I get when paired with any type of Aftermarket header? I was looking at the sub 500USD headers because I know NA they dont make a lot of HP, but what about when you put a HKS SC?
2. I know I have to get Injectors, Spark Plugs, Fuel Pump & Stand Alone ECU. I have a AEM EMS V1 that I have been sitting on for a few years now. Is it still OK to use with the Super charger
3. I have a USDM Ap2 2.2L engine. How much HP am I looking at getting out of the box. Not looking to upgrade the pulley for more boost or even putting a 4Bar Map sensor. I just want it to be reliable and be able to beat on it on the track more than making max HP. I am aiming for about 300WHP which I think is a Nice balance of reliability and fun factor.
4. Swapping out the BOV that comes with the Kit. Is there a BOV that I can just bolt right up without buying any adapters? I just see it as an added cost which I would like to avoid.
5. Also any tips and tricks when installing the Kit. Like changing out bolts to better ones, different size belts etc.
I think those are the questions I have for now, so any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks again guys!

What is the diameter hose you need for the recirc bit, is it 30mm? Want to plumb it into the intake pipe.
