Keep in mind I'm running the 110mm pulley and I have a US/Canada spec AP2 with a 8k rpm redline.

Also my torque curve seems wavy but I think I'm getting resonance from my exhaust because it's all stock aside from a 60mm test pipe.... however the car does pull smoothly.
Very similar figures to a lot of us with the larger puller at 9k on the f20. What sort of boost were you making at 8k with the smaller pulley?

Id love to see someone try the smaller pulley on the f20 but limiting the rpm to 8k.

If my supercharger is still alive in 12 months time then i will probably bung the high boost pulley on it and just overspin the blower. It will be well outside of its warranty by then anyway.

looks like a good 40whp more with the pulley, not sure if i would consider it worth the "risk" of over spinning and the reduction of the rev limit. Possibly for 400whp, but not for 370

what would a new blower be? £2k+?

Does the smaller pulley over spin the charger when limiting the rpm to 8k?

not sure! but even if it didn't, it doesn't seem like a huge gain to be worth losing 1krpm

i have lost all love for the car atm, at this point i have thoughts of returning to stock and selling it.

Will see how i feel when the car is resprayed again and remapped, but i have honestly had enough of the hassle, and everything i seem to do to improve it seems to be making more problems lol

Over spinning superchargers is quite a common thing. You might end up losing power with a smaller pulley and the engine limited to 8k. I have my ignition cut at 8500rpm and fuel cut at 8700rpm so if i fitted the smaller pulley i would stick with those limits.

Is that flywheel power or wheel power? I find it hard to believe a smaller puller would yield that much wheel horse power.
Define dont loose faith, youve just had shit luck. EFI will get your car running sweet and you will fall in love with it again

I just wondered if you could get a similar power figure at 8k with a smaller pulley but with an increase in torque, it may make the car more drivable day to day.

your crank pulley is how big?

my TTS runs a c70mm radius drive (crank) pulley which spins at 9.2k redline and has a diameter of c440m

the actual charger pulley is c298mm diameter so I think it spins at c13.5k rpm input and has 7.5:1 gearing, so it overspins at the redline (max input rpm is listed at 12k)
