Probably have to lower the limiter to stay under 110,000rpm but should build up pressure quicker I would have thought?

Car seems down on power yet again, no idea why, brand new air filter which already has some dirt marks on it, tightened the belt up yet again to the max I could get it, so don't think it's the belt slipping, AFR seems fine just feels like it's down on power

The eg to bov plumbing, am I right in thinking it doesn't matter if it's leaking their, I don't think it is just trying to rule stuff out

Fitted blanking plate I made today, used a bit of universal blue around where gasket goes. Define I think it's just the hot weather, mine seems a bit flat too

Thing is though it feels like just before and changing the airfilter transformed the car, feels just like that again, and the different between was huge, so I'm sure it's down loads of power, almost as if it's a boost leak,iI have taken the filter out again and washed it in desperation so will see if it makes a difference once dry

Its the hot weather it really effects the power output. Mine felt flat today compared to using it during the evening.

I have just redone my EGR blanking plate as the car has stunk of fuel the last couple of days and after checking the evap canister and everything else i can only think fumes are able to get out around the blanking plate.

I doubt the universal blue will work as you need a high temperature sealant. Im thinking i might just get some exhaust gasket material and cut one out myself.

just took it back out and it seems to have regained a lot of lost power, so as others have said could just be the warm weather, will remove the cooling blanks on my carbon bonnet i think now we are getting some nice weather.

Also, where was the smaller pulley purchased from? was it custom made?

I might put the EGR back on as i think the EGR as a cover is more solid that a bit of plate that could bend with pressure... Will just get some bungs for it.

With regards to universal blue, its all i had at the time so better than nothing, did wonder how hot it got but the exhaust style gasket kind of answers that for you.

Will be very interested to know how you get on with the smaller pulley, will you still be running to around 9k?

Had to try out multiple belts to find one that fit. Evasive gave me a size to run which was not even close... for the life of me I couldn't get it on... ended up having to find a belt that was nearly 16mm longer...

Also, I have a US/Canada Spec AP2 so my redline is at 8k... that's why I upgraded the pulley.

Haven't driven the car that much since putting the new pulley on... however, I can say the power does build faster and it definitely pulls harder. I haven't upgraded my clutch but I can already tell I'm going to be running into issues very soon...
Still need to get it dyno tuned... just waiting for some better weather since the tuner is a 2 hour drive one way for me....

Interesting, would be good to see graphs when it's eventually tuned or grab a log of a pull so we can see how quickly it's building boost.
