Yes mate had to do a couple of things

- Refit the turbosmart BOV the opposite way round so it acts as a vacuum operated bypass similar to how the Audi/VW bypass valve works
- Adjust one setting on the AEM ECU under O2 feedback. It was set to stop fueling at TPS less than 2% but as it jumps around between 1.5-2.5% the engine was injecting fuel even thou the throttle was fully closed. Adjusting that to 3.5% sorted that.
- Dismantled Throttle body and added O-ring on TPS end of shaft, Lots of red rubber grease on all the parts to try and stop any water meth getting through to the TPS
- Spray at 5PSI onwards

Sounds like it is the same belt i got with my kit that slipped, how much more room for adjustment have you got?(belt close to the bolt bellow?) now i have the 18 belt fitted i have loads of adjustment room and no sign of slipping - apart from my wheels lol

my 19 belt seemed to stretch out quite quickly on my car, so not sure if my belt was just faulty

mine was readjusted at the rollers, currently its about 3/4 of the way so got little bit of room... tempted to buy an 18 so i have it ready for when it does go.

Also looking at buying a airbox for filter to stop it getting dirty quickly and to run a decent filter like a K&N.

I would recommend getting the contitech one just for when/if it starts to slip, comparing the two, to me at least the contitech ones seems a better quality belt, and required a lot less tension on it to stop it slipping

or even fit the contitech one now, and leave the hks one in the car as a back up, its crazy how much more room i have now for adjustment over the HKS belt

My filter is already dirty after only a few months/limited miles, it also seems to get a bit wet when it rains heavy, but not sure if that is due to the slightly wider shut lines with my carbon bonnet. Would be interesting if you find anything that can cover it, im sure i have seen a picture of the HKS supercharger with a airbox around the filter which was branded HKS too, but not sure if that was just a custom one off thing.

For a cheap mod I think this is essential with the boost. I get at least a teaspoon of oil in the can coming off the pcv valve after every 500 - 1000 miles. You really don't want that recirculating or lining the intercooler.

Wouldn't think it would of been the supercharger belt slipping if it was heard at startup
