Just went back to my threads when i first got the kit. I took a photo

It was a nightmare to fit the belt and i said that at the time. I think maybe some kits had a longer belt. It might be whatever HKS had instock at the time.

Interesting one this. I had a 1310 arrive in the kit but the fitter couldn't get it on and was adamant that it was the wrong length. I believe calls were made to HKS Europe to discuss.
I believe I'm 1319 now and have had no slippage whatsoever.

1319 fits and works for a while for me atleast but with time has obviously stretched a little more, so I guess if I go with a 1318, since I can't find a 1319 I should be good? Still annoying though!

I can't check the exact belt now as typically the labelling is obscured but I think it might be 1318 actually. I'll look tomorrow when it turns over. But it's been running for over 3000 miles and 3-4 track days with no issues

im at this point in the install, how many are running without the bracket and any issues so far? The 58 bracket doesn't look too much smaller than the opening in the charger so shouldn't (??) affect air flow too much, but is it ok without the extra support the bracket gives?

I'm running with the bracket. I measured the largest one and it's the same bore size so no restriction. I'd run it for extra support.

I've put the bracket on, like you I couldn't see any restriction but preferred to have the support aspect from the bracket. Intake piping is in now so just the other side to put on and then put it all back together.

Have to say that so far, the crank pulley was the worst bit to do! Fuel pump was a doddle in comparison!!

Will check my belt tonight. Can say I am also experiencing some slippage right at the top end 8500 - 9000. Starts making a high pitched squeal. But I can still adjust my tensioner a small bit, so might just try and tighten it a little bit.

As for the bracket, I fitted mine with it. Same reason, extra support with no restriction.

that is the belt on my car that is slipping.

I am running mine without the bracket, looks a bit cleaner, but as others have said the largest one does not create any restriction as its the same size. Had zero issues with not running the bracket on my car so far.
