The AEM ecu takes abit longer to get the car started as i think it needs to do a full revolution before everything syncs correctly.

If your coldstart map and other settings are abit incorrect then this will also cause issues with starting. Generally mine starts fine even in this cold weather. It defo takes no longer than it does during the summer.

Pretty sure it is the battery, its when it has been left for longer than 1 day, car had not been started since Thursday, started it Saturday so i could wash it and the first 2 attempts it failed to start, cranked over and i could hear the cranking strength getting less and less, if that makes sense, turned radio off and the fans, and tried again and it just started but only just, it was fine this morning started first time. Its a crappy halfords battery that came with the car, so that could explain it. I think what killed it was the fact i had drained it 3 times while working on the car fitting bits to it, it had to be jump started when it went for tuning lol

I don't think I have ever sold a battery at full RRP - and to be honest Honda Batteries are cheap, you should price up some of the new Start/Stop batteries! Your talking £££!

Yep - it will be with you tomorrow!

You'll notice a instant difference on cranking the engine in these cold mornings - I remember replacing mine and it was like a new car!
