How much does it cost to get the geometry done if bolts aren't siezed? Are they all likely to be siezed? Mine handles ok but not sure if the geometry has ever been done..

What do you mean by 'of sorts' Gas?

What's wrong with the Torsen?

Chris.
Nothing, I just couldn't remember how to spell it ( with or without an "h" )

Roughly speaking....
£100-200 for the geo.
+ around £100 for each stuck bolt.

I paid about 750 for mine, with 5 or 6 stuck bolts and got the shocks changed at the same time for some I supplied.

Of course, some bolts are less stuck than others, some are easier to cut out, some require new bushes and some don't... etc ect ect... this is just a rough idea.

Best case it'll cost you about £150 for the geo and lubing all the bolts.
Worst case it'll be closer to £1000 to remove and replace all your bolts.

Budget for 1k, if it's any less spend the remainder on hookers and coke.

You know the previous owner then?

Recognise the factory sky line from somewhere.
Is it Tiverton?

Like the Civic BTW - you'll find the performance and cornering almost the same
No, I don't know the owner but he left loads of info (including about this forum and his username) in a folder.
He's is based in Exeter I believe, and now has an MY06.
It's had an owner since (for a year) but I don't think he was on here.
Every owner must have really looked after it though - its practically mint apart from a couple of stone chips on the windscreen which Ill get replaced.

No, it's Buckfastleigh, Devon. http://www.torque-imports.co.uk/

It's actually an Accord Type R - but thanks.
Great cars, I've had two - 212bhp, lsd, recaros etc etc

If you sold the car you could probably afford a couple of props and a fly half too.
