Hello,

i have treat myself during this pandemic and I have bought a mint set of EDM 03 headlight.

i have made my study and search for information about bypassing the auto aiming adjuster.

MG racing is closed. I wonder if anyone that have that part can tell me how I can reproduce it, what I need to look for, informations about the part a need to build / buy to achieve this modification.

You want to bypass? Then disconnect the power to the levelling motors and manually level using a screwdriver?

Hello,

the headlight I bought dosent come with motor it’s empty. I have to fab a piece that will adjust the headlight.

This is for an Accord, but the principle is the same. You'll need a piece that clips into the internal frame (that moves) and the outside frame. A bolt that is secured into the lip and backs into washer would do the trick.

i received my headlight last Friday and I was lucky to have the motor in them. So I I can adjust them with the screw in place.
