Hi Simon - I could do the morning of the 18th if that's any good.

No guidance required tbh but if it gives piece of mind then so much the better!

hammer & chizel (or a drill) if the screws are stuborn.

dont bother putting screws back in - just makes it harder next disc change..

One of those tasks that can appear easy, and often is, but if something is seized/rusted on etc. it can be a bit of a pain.

Is it front or rears?

Do the calipers need removing, if rears do they need a caliper wind back tool?

I'd imagine it will be OK though, asking all the right questions and being prepared is the right thing to do

Yes, for the rears a wind back tool or chisel is needed to push the piston back in. The front calipers also need winding back in but are easier to do

Now now, exalto and mibjr - be nice

Do the screws first. Everything else is simple, but it's really annoying to take off the calipers and brackets and then discover you can't undo the screws.

I got nowhere with an impact driver on mine.

Simon, one thing no one mentions is, rather than hitting the old disc with a hammer to get it started, just screw 2off, M8 bolts into the two tapped holes at the same PCD as the CSK screw holes and the bolts will push the disc off in a nice civilised manor. Bit of Coper slip on the M8 bolts
