Hi all,

Got a couple of small car park 'dings' - and Im looking to get them sorted.

Can anybody here recommend a good dent guy , who operates in the Surrey area. (or more specifically Redhill / Reigate/ Dorking/Crawley area)....?

I've had 2 recommendations lately but no direct experience:-

1) ChipsAway - Mark Hickman 07732 460000

2) Denton Automotive Services (no pun intended !) Horsham 01403 276226


However, here's a tip....go to your local Taxi rank and ask them where they get their 'dings' done. You'll probably find the best local guy to do the job. Its always worked for me before.

I used to know an Aussie guy who worked for Chipsaway and then set up on his own. He was so good they took out a court order against him so he couldn't steal their business for 12 months. Wait for his name... Pat Dent. I kid you not. I'll see if I can dig his number up for you.

Been so busy so I still havent got round to getting the dings sorted.
I'm going to have to pull my finger out and get some quotes from some of those guys which have been recommended.
Ryn - if you could dig out 'Mr Dents'(!) number that would be much appreciated...

I phoned inspectadent, but unfortunately they arent prepared to come out so far (as they come from Bluewater).
