Default Help me clean and polish my car

I'm running low or out on my current stock of cleaning/polishing products, and I want to reload with some new ones. I'm looking for a one stop internet shop (preferably, cos I hate shopping) for the following + anything else I might have missed. I'm looking at for reasonable quality but fairly cheap stuff. This has also kicked off as I need to restore the colour of my hood and also clean it up, so I found this site for ragtop stuff:
http://www.theultimatefinish.co.uk/Store/P...x?ProductId=190

Anyway I'm after the following:

Hood cleaner

Hood protectant

Wheel cleaner

Stuff to make the black rubbery trim bits black again

Stuff to make the tyres black again (but not blinging black)

Claybar stuff

Waxes, polishes, sealant type stuff (I have no idea on this stuff, I want good lasting results, but its not a show car, and I think I

Hood cleaner
- I just use hot soapy water

Hood protectant
- 303 Protectant

Wheel cleaner
- Meguiar's Hot Wheels

Stuff to make the black rubbery trim bits black again
- P21S Wax - soooo good for the black bits. If you are talking about seals use Shin Etsu grease or buy a silicone grease.

Stuff to make the tyres black again (but not blinging black)
- Mother's Duration - excellent, 1 application for a clean look, 2-3 for bling. Stops tyres cracking and browning too.

Claybar stuff
- Meguiars' Quik Detailer and Clay - perfect then apply the 3 stages below

Waxes, polishes, sealant type stuff (I have no idea on this stuff, I want good lasting results, but its not a show car, and I think I

What moff said only ditch the P21S wax because it doesn't last long enough . At least IMO.

Collinite has the longest duration #915 I reckon is the one you would be after. The shine isn't as deep as the uber expensive stuff but it really LASTS!
Poorboys Natty's white for your car will only last 4-5 weeks. It's cheap though and it smells nice!
Japon is good and lasts long but you really need to use Zymol HD cleanse instead of Vanilla moose as your cleanser. It's also bloody expensive.

Another product I'd add in is AutoGlym Tar remover, this removes all kinds of tar/gluey type thingmies from you car. I've found it very usefull.

Also Poorboys wheel sealant is good for protecting your wheels (and it smells good!).

As previously said, don't use a sponge (use a washmit)! unless it's a natural one. Drying use a waffle weave microfiber towel. For buffing wax etc. use an ultra plush microfiber (you'll need 2 or 3) and for everything else get some general microfibers (you can get 20 for a tenner at costco).

If you polish/clay/use a strong detergent ie degreaser then these will in all likelihood strip the Diamondbrite. Did you get the conserver with the Diamondbrite? If so you could always add it to the quick detailer as a drying aid or after drying...HTH
