I'll be interested to hear what mine is like once the PRM is removed - at the minute, it drowns out the exhaust above 6k rpm. Around 500 miles since mine was fitted and so far I'm really pleased with it.

Mark, are you any closer to identifying where the problem lies?
Fletch has a PRM fitted too, but I guess he may be unable to hear his exhaust clearly from within the car either (I didn't sit in his). That's the problem with these exhausts - I don't think you can turly appreciate them unless you are behind the car!

having sat behind Scooby's HKS for most of the last WM meet.
Yet to hear the Super Sprint and didn't get to hear Craigs T1R when we did the ICE HU swap

Sparky2000 please let us know how you are getting on resolving the problem!

IMHO, Craig's T1R sounds - better than the HKS. All it's lacking is a dummy pipe & box to sort out the symmetry issue.

And add all that weight back on just for cosmetics. Why would anyone do that

its a shame the exhaust cap sold by Rick didn't fit properly but, to be honest, I'm really not bothered by the way it looks now, I just admire the big bore titanium tip on it

All thos ein the fast group will hear my exhaust at MM1, no matter how far the distance between the front and back of the group

I heard from Mark today.
He was supposed to be getting it de-cated this afternoon.
He said he'd let me know how it went and update me tomorrow.

On aside I suggested he try the ECU reset as well. I think I'll do this as well soon.

Don't see how a decat will solve it unless it has collapsed. Why would a change of back boxes cause that?
