On FM yes on MW no. US radios use a tuning step of 10Mhz whereas in the UK it is 9Mhz so if you were listening to R5 live the closest you can get on a US radio is 910 ..... which is OK.
If you never listen to MW radio there shouldn't be a problem.

The Alpine in the Civic VTi does, but it's quite old now.
The Clarion I had in the MX-5 was great. I got bored in an M25 traffic jam. Fiddling with the unit, I switched EVERYTHING on.
For weeks thereafter, I was shocked out of my torpor as "weather," "Drama," "Pretentious Crap" "Foo'ie" or whatever, interrupted my favourite CDs.
It took me ages to get it all switched off again!
