Stock one painted

No probs on the hose. Any joy with the gearbox mount? Can you email me a pic if you get chance so I can send to Quaife?

The gearbox mount.I sent Mattie an innovate mount to use as a template, and asked if he could make a mount the same but without the poly bush in the centre. He has made the mount and is going to send it out to me, I need to fit the mount and mark or drill the holes then send it back to Matt.He is then going to weld some strengthening ribs on it and it should be then good to fit.I could ask Matt to post it out to you so you can take some measurements. Once it's all done and dusted I will have it powder coated and fit it. It will be a few weeks yet Ben.Let me know and I will have a word with Matt.7
It should of been delivered yesterday via ups with your rad plate. You'll have to let me know if it needs any spaces on it to suit the gearbox as then we can machine some bushes out and weld them on also.

Thanks Matt, you are a star, I'll let you know when it arrives.

Splitter is massively amazing!

Why dont you move that cooler into one of the 'foglight' holes like on mine?

Thats just part of the bumper, its having a proper splitter with ducts/airways and fins made this week to go on the bottom of that carbon section. One cooler is going in the foglight holes, the other in the centre, and the other foglight hole is being used for air ducting to the air filter which is back near the bulkhead.

Sounds like a plan.

Who's making the aero stuff for you?

This might not be pertinent given that this car has FI rather than NA, but Evasive used a headlight duct purely to force cold air onto the inlet manifold itself - perhaps you could use the same idea and benefit?

Yep we did something similar on our last car, the Evo. Maybe we'll look at doing something like this over the winter, time's against us to send the light off to be done properly now though unfortunately.

Guys who are doing the fab work now are doing the aero - westernlancia.co.uk - Not their usual kind of thing as their bread and butter is ground up restorations on old Italian stuff, but the work is top notch and cant recommend them highly enough.
