No, the lightweight fibreglass doors which we were looking at making wouldnt be road legal.
Carbon doors are illegal?!

Looked into doing a mould to produce our own doors but in all honesty there isnt enough takers for them given the very small number of S2ks which are solely track based which is all they'd be legal for.

Unfortunately I'm laid up ill at the moment but in my absence the shell prep has continued this weekend and at this point the rear quarter panels have both been bonded on and lined up, and the rear bumper is also fixed on and lined up. Basically just the front wings to fit and line up and then it's lots of blending to do on the quarters and cutting thingss back such as the inner rear arch lip and rear diffuser outlets on the rear bumper.
Gearbox is in from quaife too.....just the angled lever looks awesome, can't wait to see it working.

Glad I'm reading about the build here, I've seen the Total Honda write up and it's not nearly as informative as here.

Back out of hospital now and the lads at work sent me these pictures of the car at present. Spray man is coming in tomorrow to do some more lining up and fit the front wings, paint was ordered this week and plans are still for the car to go to the spray booth first week of August. Hopefully back with more updates this week!

Off to the paint shop...
Riveting the side skirts on so we can remove them if the wing gets bashed (if we bond them on the skirts will have to be replaced with the wing)
