Sure will be once its got a supercharger bolted on!
Its being finished then sent to us to put it in the car with the gearbox, then the car will go back to TTS for the supercharger conversion including V pattern rad and intercooler set up. Then it'll go to Tracktive Solutions in Melton Mowbray for wiring and dyno/mapping session....

I only ask as £1500 for carbon doors is very very cheap.
That might sound flippant, but for reference I know that it cost someone £10k for carbon doors
and ASM carbon doors are even more expensive..........

Just the main centre section of the inner door skin pictured below weighed just under 2kg. Thats another 4kg off the weight of the car just from that. Just a little painful cutting up over £1500 worth of carbon doors 2 mins after taking them out the box!!

Yes they are Seibon
Shell came without any doors so gone the carbon route with lexan windows.
Looked into doing a mould to produce our own doors but in all honesty there isnt enough takers for them given the very small number of S2ks which are solely track based which is all they'd be legal for.
Out of interest, who made the doors?

I would guess Seibon given the boot and bonnet. I think ASM doors are also special order with a 3 month lead time.

The spray guys started the prep on Saturday.....lining up all the panels and moulding the rear quarter panels to the car will take a few weeks as they are only doing it one day a week this month. Hoping for paint first week of August....
