note rear airjacks are recessed into the body for extra strength and also to give maximum clearance to the rear wheels in the arch.

Every time I look at this thread It makes me a little more sick... This is going to be such a weapon and I am completely jealous!

Out of interest as I did a little research on going with the sequential box. What power is the one your going for rated to? I seem to remember the ones I was looking at were only rated up to about 375 hp?

Also a friend of mine has done the sequential box in the states. He has fabbed up custom mounts to reposition the engines angle so the shifter position sits as close to stock as possible. Look for Andrew Wojteczko on facebook as he has plenty of images of what he's done. He came across to race in leicester in the formula student racing champs.

I personally would have used a Drenth DG400 Heavy Duty and their own Bell S2000 Bellhousing as I've had great success with Drenth box's.

Race Engine Design now produce a cast F20C to Ford type 9 Bellhousing (which matches their Dry Sump system rather nicely) so any type 9/Getrag 265 format box would work from the likes of Tran-X, Elite, Drenth etc.

To most probably not. It's professional motorsport engineer speak, but rest assured those that need to understand it will.

I'm not a motorsport engineer, just someone with an interest in sequential boxes and I got it

I imagine the choice of the Quaife box has got a lot to do with it being free but the 60G is cracking piece of kit and very reasonably priced too
