Pilot sports, thanks. Might have to invest! My car feels suicidal in the wet on a048s, wheelspin in 4th over bumps

So why would a bolt on the fuel rail snap?

Good question. Not under alot of load. AEM rail so not too badly machined/matched. Going to re-fit/engineer M8 bolts now for extra strength, but put it down to one of those things. Looking at it more closely now, Tracktive have said the sequence of events looks like this........bolt holding rail down snapped, injector 4 seal broke loose, and that was that, 4 bar of race fuel in a hot engine bay............

Stainless bolts do snap easily, use mild steel where you can

I'm trying to do something similar with the front lights with a strip of LEDs and some plastic covers. Are they Demon Tweeks LED strips? Tips appreciated!

Good special guest! They look v similar.

Sequential - mmmmmm!

PS - always wondered why CBH has 'Andy T-S UNA' on his lid?

Good result despite the problems. This season has been quite dramatic for you.., two fires etc. I wish that the car (especially the coilovers ) will survive the last race.

The front headlight moulds are made by Aerokit, we sent them a set of originals to get the mould from. The Leds, no idea, Tracktive who run the car for us fitted them. Sorry!

CBH's helmet - A fried of his pays him something every year towards his racing costs for writing something on that part of his helmet. I guess the meaning of the words are unique to that person and we shall never know!
