Default have you seen the weather for the next 2 days?

I have been off work for the last 2 weeks and because of the miserable weather have been using the accord for shopping, transporting the kids etc. So boring.

The next 2 days are looking nippy but full sun, so, I have done with all the cooking, eating and drinking (OK, not the drinking) and am off to the New Forest to play.

Where are you going?

We managed to get up into the Peak District today for our first proper run out in the S. Once we got above Ashbourne, loads os snow on the ground but the main roads were fine as long as being sensible about it. Beautiful sunny day, roof down all the way, fantastic scenery, probably going to go and do it all again tomorrow

very envious.

had the day all planned but it turned out that my daughter's BF couldn't drive his car to get home due the the New Year spirit in him - though I am not sure it all stayed there!. So I got promoted to taxi driver in the accord. So, today has been postponed until tomorrow.

We stayed in the Peak District a couple of years ago (cycling) and would really like to go back. Even in the middle of summer most of the back roads were less busy than the B roads down here.

If your coming down to the New Forest for the day please take great care mate. I was out in mine in the forest yesterday and you wouldn't believe the amount of black ice about

In fact it was so bad yesterday that I gave up in the end after one too many "moments" and put her back in the drive
