Default Has any1 bought a new "tct" timing chain tensioner
Has any1 bought a new (tct) timing chain tensioner, i was looking in2 getting one as im hearing the familiar sound and was quoted 260pounds thought this was crazy so thinking it might be worth doing a DIY repair

I sorted my worm gear with a wire brush. An hour (and punctured fingertips) later and it's lasted me 10k miles so far. (Although I could do with doing it again next oil change really)
