hardtop fitting kit extra parts
I bought the hardtop fitting kit from hardtopguy to fit a used hardtop to my non-GT car. Turns out all I needed where 2 pieces on each side to fit it but I have a load of other parts in the kit I am not really sure what they do?
I know I paid a lot for the kit I am wondering what these extra bits are all about?

The 2 on the left you should replace your old ones with - these are stronger for the hardtop, and you'll also notice the soft top closes much snugger with these.

Replace them anyway...I did mine and they made a huge difference.

Top center is the button surround that UK and Aus cars already have. The US have a coinslot there so that's why the part comes with the kit.
I think top right is the switch that fits in this panel. We have a blank there.
