I made an error with one of the part numbers - corrected now.

They are M6x20 and M8X20 flanged bolts.

You could get away with using the bolts that you removed. I used my original bolts for my OEM catchers

I used my standard bolts in my car for many years i have changed 3 hardtops all seem good and secure ..

but I'm not here to debate just to give feedback

Just out of curiousity, has anyone torqued their bolts to the advised spec? or have people just tightened them up 'willy nilly'?

Just do them up so that they don't come loose, it's not like you're bolting into aluminium so there's no real scare of ruining the thread.

Just be sensible
