Default Hardtop Bolts

I finally have all the gear i need to fit a hardtop to my car bar the bolts to secure the brackets. I know 4 bolts go into each bracket and apprently Honda dont sell them. Any idea which bolts i need?

I havent checked. If they are then fantastic! my brackets hadnt come with anything though and thats why i thought i may have needed them....

P.J. - You are supposed to use longer bolts to accommodate the depth of the brackets!!!

OP - You can download the instructions (Google), which should say what size you need. Failing that, remove one, then buy longer ones.

Have a look, when I fitted mine, I took bolts off the car where the brackets go and bolted the brackets in place using those bolts...

Your bolts are too short and should be changed ASAP.

You may not be experiencing any problems, but as an Engineer, I'd do something about it rather than increase the risk of the HT flying off.

4 Bolts, 6 x 18 mm
4 Bolts, 8 x 20 mm
