Thumbs up Hard Top Stand

Hi,

Can anyone confirm whether the hard-top stand can be folded when not in use, or do you just take it apart with a trusty spanner?

(Still looking for an S2000 by the way)

Edit: Ooops - can the moderator move this to the 'general' section (sorry!)

Cheers,

Sundance

Yes, the hardtop stand does fold in half, and could probably be stored under a bed. Believe it or not, but the stand can even fit in the boot of a S2000 !

As a follow up, I'm picking up my S2000 GT tomorrow.... I need to buy a shed or something to store the hard top and stand... anybody know the overall dimensions of the hardtop and stand for storage purposes so I can start searching online tonight and during the day tomorrow before I pick the car up??

I don't have a hard top stand (I use a wall mounted storage bag) but I was told by somebody that has a stand that you have to take the spare wheel out to get it to fit in the boot.

Yes, spare wheel out, split the stand, remove one of the wheels, remove CD changer, etc
