Oh, jeez, that's serious. That's about the worst case I've ever seen. Ian, I'm so glad you took out insurance on this. You'll be glad to hear that it's a new-for-old policy and even with the optional extras you have had fitted (ie: the gold ribbon), I think I can arrange a direct replacement.
Stand by... I'll have a word with the manufacturers and do what I can.

Same thing happened to me!
Don't worry Graham - my fault - dropped it. Wife scoffed it just the same - gave A chocs seal of approval - not the same as ER - but stds prob higher!
