Grill Tech - Really peed off !!!
I ordered centre and side grill tech grilles on 2/10/03 and have not heard anything since receiving my order confirmation on the same day.
I have sent them a couple of emails since asking what was happening and when I could expect delivery but have heard nothing so not very happy
Anyone else had a bad experience with Grill tech ?

yes, exactly the same. ordered, received confirmation of dispatch, but no goods... giving till end of month b4 claiming refund against creditcard.

Sent them another email this afternoon asking for a bit of common courtesy as to when they may turn up or asking the question if I should be asking for a refund.
I ordered Ricks windbreak and major Havoc windbreaks on the same day and they arrived within 10 days. The major havocs arrived within 5 days so emailed Rick to say that I had received those and he advised that the main Windbreak was being sent out the next day. The service from Ricks was excellent :thumbsup:

Don't wet your knickers! IIRC Steve54's GB which, I think was the first, had some hitches - product turned up eventually.
Trying to put a bathroom together at the moment - bath from Ireland. washbasin from Italy, loo from Germany , tiles from Zimbabwe, adhesive from UK, grout from Italy - guess what I'm waiting on?

Grille Tech are slow, but everyone gets the stuff in the end. Steve54 did the Group buy for us last time, and it went ok, the GB peoples arrived before Leggy Blonde's who ordered before the GB!

Got it at the weekend and now fitted.
It does look good.
Also installsed my Spoon duct last weekend and K&N filter this weekend. The car now looks and sounds absolutely awesome
One more item to be received - My new Backyard Special front lip spoiler should arrive from Japan this week. Will need to get it painted and then have some pictures taken. Anyone wanna host a picture for me next week ?
